Warranty Requests

All Warranty Requests Must Be Submitted Online

  • First 30 Days
    All issues that arise within 30 days after closing, will be resolved by your superintendent, upon your online warranty request. Please note: sewer issues are not covered after 30 days.

  • 30 Days & 6 Months Following Closing
    After 30 days & at 6 months, our Customer Care Team will contact you to help resolve any other issues htat are covered by warranty.

  • 11 Months Following Closing
    After 11 months our Customer Care Team is availalble to touch up any nailpops that may have occured. Our team is not responsible for paiting after this process. The 11 Month Follow Up service is by request only.
